Sources: SEC coaches propose title game move

While Kentucky coach John Calipari’s idea to move the SEC tournament to November gained headlines, a movement by the league’s coaches to move the championship game to Saturday has traction, sources told ESPN.
The coaches discussed moving the SEC title game from Sunday to Saturday at the league’s spring meetings earlier this week, and put forth a proposal to the athletic directors, multiple sources told ESPN.
