Novak Djokovic continued his bid to finally win his first-ever French Open on Wednesday, beating Roberto Bautista Agut in four sets.
Andy Murray needed four sets to get past Richard Gasquet while Stan Wawrinka beat Albert Ramos Vinolas in three. The two will meet in the semi-finals, with the rest of the men’s contenders still to finish their quarter-final matches.
In the women’s draw, Serena Williams had little trouble getting past Elina Svitolina, but her sister, Venus Williams, lost to Timea Bacsinszky in straight sets.

Men’s Results
Djokovic resumed his match against Agut in the third set after rain delays forced the contest to be suspended earlier, and if the Serb looked vulnerable in the past few days, those struggles were gone on Wednesday.
The world No. 1 looked calm and relaxed playing from the baseline and attacked the net with a little more aggression, frequently putting his opponent in awkward positions.
As shared by the event’s official Twitter account, Djokovic’s relaxed demeanor showed in his post-match celebrations:
