Twins have ‘awesome time’ at NBA playoffs

OAKLAND — It’s not every day that a playoff series goes to a Game 7 — and it’s even rarer to just happen to be less than a block away.
So, after the Twins played their series opener at the Coliseum on Monday afternoon, around 20 players made the short walk next door to Oracle Arena to watch the Golden State Warriors’ 96-88 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder in the NBA Western Conference Finals.
