Ware’s back may keep him out of Broncos’ OTAs

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — Denver Broncos coach Gary Kubiak said Tuesday that with outside linebacker DeMarcus Ware’s back troubles flaring again, the team will consider holding Ware out of the remainder of its organized team activities and mandatory minicamp.
Ware was held out of last week’s practices — the first set of OTAs — and was held out again Tuesday as the defending Super Bowl champions began their second set of OTAs.
“Same thing, back’s bothering him,” Kubiak said after practice.
