Napoli hits home run for fan with cancer

CLEVELAND — Fans are always bringing signs to the game. However, this particular sign got Indians first baseman Mike Napoli’s attention. The sign read “Chemo starts tomorrow. Mike Napoli, can I get a hug and a homer?”
Prior to the start of the Indians’ 9-2 loss to the Rangers on Monday, Napoli made his way to Kathi Heintzelman and signed some autographs for her.
