It’s one of the unluckiest Roland Garros edition. In the first week of the tournament despite the rain almost all the matches were completed, today, Monday, all the matches scheduled are cancelled and postponed to tomorrow.
It has been raining cats and dogs since last night in Paris, only from 9:30 PM to 10:00 PM it did not rain, allowing some players only to warm up for half an hour but not to play matches. This is the first total washout at Roland Garros since exactly 16 years ago: May 30th, 2000. …
