Slovakia trim down squad

Roma’s Norbert Gyomber and Tomas Hubocan of Dynamo Moscow have recovered in time to be named in Slovakia’s Euro 2016 squad.
Coach Jan Kozak confirmed his final 23-man squad on Monday morning, a day after a surprise 3-1 win over Germany in a warm-up game in Augsburg.
The defensive duo were his main injury concerns for the tournament in France, where Slovakia will take on England, Wales and Russia in Group B.
Kozak’s squad is headlined by influential Napoli midfielder Marek Hamsik and Liverpool defender Martin Skrtel, who will captain the team in France.
