Moscot to return Tuesday; Reds adjust rotation

MILWAUKEE — The Reds will activate pitcher Jon Moscot from the 15-day disabled list on Tuesday to start vs. the Rockies. For the four-game series at Colorado, the rotation will feature Dan Straily on Monday, followed by Moscot, John Lamb on Wednesday and Alfredo Simon.
Moscot is taking the spot that belonged to rookie Daniel Wright for one start. Wright was in the bullpen for Sunday’s game vs. the Brewers.
“With the way the bullpen has been used here and the challenges we have today, it helps to have Wright available,” Reds manager Bryan Price said Sunday morning. “That’s one of the things that played into this. Daniel Wright hasn’t pitched himself out of the rotation. I’ve got to have him …
