Barron has Pearl primed

David Barron is looking forward to another tilt at the King’s Stand Stakes at Royal Ascot with Pearl Secret following his pleasing return to action in the Temple Stakes at Haydock last Saturday.
The seven-year-old won the Merseyside Group Two last season before going on to finish fourth at the Royal meeting, beaten just a length
However, last year he had run in France prior to striking gold at Haydock, whereas this time around he was having his first start since October’s Prix de l’Abbaye at Longchamp.
