Mayweather to Roach: McGregor fight will happen, accept any offer to coach Conor

Boxing trainer Freddie Roach recently spoke about a possible coaching job for Conor McGregor’s rumored match against Floyd Mayweather. He earlier said he is willing to help, but not for the Mayweather bout as he believes the UFC champ will need at least 3 years of training before he can realistically compete against the boxing great.
Apparently Mayweather himself has reached out to Roach, saying that the bout will happen, and he shouldn’t decline any offer to train the MMA fighter.
