Vanderbilt two up on USC at NCAA golf tourney

EUGENE, Ore. — Vanderbilt took a two-stroke lead in the NCAA tournament Saturday and Southern California freshman Justin Suh shot a 3-under 67 to top the individual standings.
Vanderbilt shot an even-par 280 — with only four of the five players’ scores counting in the team total — to reach 3-over 563 at Eugene Country Club. Matthias Schwab led the Commodores with a 68.
Southern California was second after a 2-over round.
