Back in time: Swagger returning to clubhouse

TORONTO — When the Blue Jays slugged their way to a division title in 2015, it seemed like a prolific offense meant they were never out of a game. For one of the first times this season, that feeling was back on Saturday afternoon.
Toronto rallied twice for a dramatic 10-9 victory over the American League East-leading Red Sox. A four-run deficit was erased in the eighth, and the Blue Jays rallied once again in the ninth after Boston reclaimed the lead.
This game had 2015 written all over it. The Blue Jays were down, but never out. All of a sudden, there seems to be a re-emergence of swagger from a team that has won each of its last three series for the first time this season.
“We’re feeling good right now, that’s for sure,” Blue Jays manager John Gibbons said. “We’ve been playing some good baseball over the last week to 10 days, and we’ve been kind of waiting on that. … We’re starting to feel better about ourselves, no doubt.”
