Mets show ‘concern’ over Wright’s neck injury

NEW YORK — Mets third baseman David Wright was held out of Saturday’s starting lineup against the Dodgers because of an undisclosed neck injury.
Wright was checked out by a team doctor before Saturday’s game and Mets general manager Sandy Alderson said there was “a little concern” in regards to the injury, but he did not go into much detail.
“We’ll just have to see what happens over the next 24 hours,” Alderson said.
