Grosjean criticises Mercedes’ behaviour in Q2

Romain Grosjean criticised Mercedes for driving slowly in Q2 and causing “s—loads” of traffic in Monaco, something he said cost Haas a place in the top ten.
Grosjean had been confident of making Q3 in Monte Carlo but ended up getting caught out in the middle session and had to settle for 14th. He blamed Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton for his elimination from Q2, saying their slow driving hindered his all-important tyre warm-up.
The Frenchman complained the world champions “do whatever they want” when they go out in the early sessions.
