Jon Honeycutt Calls His Shot and Finishes the Deal to Win Run It Up Reno Five-Card PLO

With two tables left in the $125 Six-Max Five-Card Pot-Limit Omaha event at Run It Up Reno, Jon Honeycutt was the chip leader with 168,000 at blinds of 2,000/5,000. He declared at that point that he was going to win the tournament, and that’s exactly what he did, topping the 100-player field for $2,800.
Final Table Payouts
The tournament paid out 15 places, and Jason Somerville, who was defending his title from last year’s Run It Up Reno, was one of those to make the money. He fell in 10th however, consoling himself with the fact that he has cashed in every PLO event ever held at Run It Up …
