Gray ‘feels good’ after 35-pitch bullpen session

OAKLAND — Rehabbing A’s starter Sonny Gray returned to the mound Saturday, albeit on the sidelines, to throw his first bullpen session since going on the disabled list.

Gray, nursing a right trapezius strain, was “letting it go,” according to manager Bob Melvin, who said the right-hander “feels good.”
