Saqlain set for short England coaching stint

Saqlain Mushtaq, the former Pakistan spinner, is set to be appointed by the ECB as England’s spin consultant for the home series against Pakistan.
Saqlain is likely to work for a week in the lead-up to the second Test at Old Trafford. ESPNcricinfo understands that the deal is in its final stages. The offspinner is contracted as a cricket expert with Pakistan Television until 2017, but has been granted permission by his current employers for the short coaching role.
