It’s probably the most difficult edition ever for Roland Garros organizers. For the second time, after 2013 Wimbledon, both Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer will not play a third round match in a slam. Just after Nadal’s press conference, Guy Forget had a press conferences of his own where he spoke about the wrist injury of the Spaniard and his withdrawal.
“I think he could have played tomorrow,” said Forget. “We have heard him. He couldn’t compete at this level all the way to the end.
