Potential for big price at Belmont this weekend

#4 Captain Moss (10-1): This 4-year-old son of Quality Road showed marked improvement last out in his first try on the turf in 2016. He improved his record on the grass at Belmont to 2-for-2 after breaking his maiden (earning his first victory) at the track last May. In fairness, he’s been facing softer competition than some of the other horses in the race, such as #7 Tale of Fancy, #6 Circus Performer, #5 Hello Don Julio and even #1 Easy Comparison, who have been knocking heads in upper allowance company. I like that he has the ability to be on the pace or rate just off of it, which he might have to do behind some of the speed signed up for this race. You should get a nice price on him too, which makes him even more intriguing.
