SAN JOSE, CA — The San Jose Sharks advanced to the Stanley Cup Final with their 5-2 win against the St. Louis Blues in Game 6 of the Western Conference Final on Wednesday, with assistance from some famous friends.
James Hetfield, co-founder and lead singer for the heavy metal band Metallica, opened the door to the Sharks locker room before the game and traded fist bumps with the players, the sound of Metallica’s “Seek and Destroy” blaring in the background.
