A-Rod back in starting lineup after DL stint

NEW YORK — Alex Rodriguez is batting fifth in his return to the New York Yankees lineup.
The team activated the designated hitter from the 15-day disabled list before Thursday’s game against Toronto.
The 40-year-old slugger had been on the DL since May 4 with a strained right hamstring.
He had been batting .194 with five home runs in 20 games.
