Alex Caceres replaces B.J. Penn, fights Cole Miller at UFC 199

Alex Caceres has stepped up to replace B.J. Penn, and will now face Cole Miller in a featherweight bout at UFC 199. The news was first reported by Fox Sports, and was then confirmed by UFC officials on Wednesday.
Caceres (11-8) serves as a late replacement for Penn, who was pulled from the card on Monday following a potential anti-doping policy violation. “Bruce Leeroy” will now have a little over a week to prepare for Miller. …
