Mets’ Flores plays first base in first rehab game

WASHINGTON — One possible first-base solution for the Mets inched closer to a return on Tuesday, when Wilmer Flores began a Minor League rehab assignment with Double-A Binghamton. Working his way back from a strained left hamstring, Flores played seven innings at first base, finishing 2-for-3.
