JBJ halfway there! Streak reaches 28

BOSTON — Jackie Bradley Jr. is now halfway to Joe DiMaggio’s record 56-game hitting streak.
It took the Red Sox’s center fielder all of one pitch to extend his streak to 28 games, as Bradley clubbed a 91-mph fastball by Rockies left-hander Jorge De La Rosa for a double off the Green Monster in left-center to lead off the bottom of the second inning on Tuesday night.
