Roy Nelson wants title shot against Miocic after beating Lewis

Roy Nelson has found inspiration from the outcome of the UFC 198 headliner. When Stipe Miocic knocked out Fabricio Werdum to claim the UFC heavyweight title with just one punch, the heavy-handed Nelson realized that any heavyweight can do that. And on a recent addition of The MMA Hour, he said that he thinks he still has a chance to win the belt (via MMA Fighting):
“All I know is that Stipe gave me inspiration because if Stipe can be that UFC champion, and they actually gave him a title shot, then I’m like, ‘Ah, I do have a chance.”
