Johnny Manziel’s Friends Reportedly Concerned for Him Due to Alcohol, Drug Use

Off-field issues drove former Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel out of the NFL, but now those close to the signal-caller are reportedly worried about his health.
According to TMZ Sports, Manziel’s friends are concerned that his alcohol and drug abuse problems have gotten out of control.
One source told TMZ Sports that Manziel is in a “horrible downward spiral,” while another said, “If he continues this way for much longer he will die.”
The Browns waived Manziel in March.
