B.J. Penn out of UFC 199 due to USADA IV violation

B.J. Penn will not being making his UFC return in early June after all. The former lightweight and welterweight champion was scheduled to fight Cole Miller at UFC 199 in the featured prelim bout, but has been taken off the card due to a USADA violation. Apparently Penn used an IV of over 50ml back in March. Here’s the UFC’s statement:
