Millefiori followed up her success at Ayr five days earlier when romping home in the racinguk.com Handicap.
The four-year-old filly was continuing the fine form of trainer Adrian Keatley, who bagged his first Classic triumph in the Irish 1,000 Guineas with Jet Setting just 24 hours previously.
Joe Fanning took Millefiori to the front two furlongs out after Riponian had set the pace and soon put daylight between herself and her rivals.
Despite drifting over to the far side, the 1/2 favourite went on to trot up in the mile event, scoring by 10 lengths from Drinks For Losers with Riponian third.
Millefiori is likely to bid for a quick hat-trick on Wednesday at Hamilton, when she will try to defy a 6lb penalty in the St Andrews Ambulance Handicap over nine furlongs.
