Michael Pineda better, but not completely fixed

OAKLAND — Compared with his last couple of outings, the game Michael Pineda pitched against the Oakland Athletics on Sunday was nothing short of a gem: six innings, six hits, none of which left the ballpark, and just three runs.
It was what agents call a quality start, and it was good enough to allow the New York Yankees to leave O-Town with a 5-4 win and their first four-game series sweep of the A’s in 37 years. (OK, so they don’t play all that many four-game series.)
