TORONTO — Toronto Raptors coach Dwane Casey might be headed for a fine from the NBA after he repeatedly complained about the officiating despite his team’s 99-84 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 3.
Meanwhile, Cavs reserve Dahntay Jones could face discipline from the league for a possible intentional low blow on Raptors center Bismack Biyombo in the final moments of the game.
