Brittany Force No. 1 qualifier at Kansas Nationals

TOPEKA, Kan. — Brittany Force took her second No. 1 qualifying position of the season Saturday at the NHRA Kansas Nationals at Heartland Park Topeka.
No one improved on Force’s national Top Fuel record time of 3.676 seconds from Friday. She is in position to earn her third victory of the season when she takes to the track Sunday.
“We are very anxious for tomorrow,” said Force, the daughter of Funny Car great John Force. “This track is always a good one for us. We seem to do pretty decent.
