Red Sox use power and pitching to beat Indians

Joe Kelly had his best start of the season, while Jackie Bradley Jr., Mookie Betts and the rest of the Red Sox offense pounded the Cleveland Indians in a 9-1 win on Saturday.
Kelly’s no-hit bid
Kelly did not allow a hit in the first 6 2/3 innings, the longest no-hit bid of his career. It’s the longest no-hit bid by a Red Sox pitcher since Clay Buchholz went seven innings without allowing a hit against the Tampa Bay Rays on April 14, 2013.
Kelly has now won 10 straight decisions, the longest streak by a Red Sox pitcher since Buchholz in 2013 (11 straight). Kelly’s last loss came on July 22 last season against the Houston Astros. His 14 straight starts without a loss is the third-longest active streak in MLB behind Jake Arrieta (22) and Cole Hamels (18).
