For however controversial Rousimar Palhares’ behavior has been over the years, he is on record as having submitted both Jon Fitch and Jake Shields, and otherwise undefeated at welterweight. That is, until he fought Norway’s Emil Weber Meek in today’s Venator FC 3 main event.
