UEFA Europa League winners Sevilla and beaten finalists Liverpool have been charged by European football’s governing body for “crowd disturbances” prior to the tournament’s showpiece game in Basel, per BBC Sport.

Both clubs are facing separate charges, and the report said Liverpool will face punishment for fans “setting off of fireworks.”
