Jerome Boateng still sees himself as the leader of Bayern Munich’s defence, despite the arrival of Mats Hummels next season.
Bayern announced earlier in May that they had bolstered their defence with the acquisition of Dortmund’s German international centre-back Hummels on a deal until 2021.
