Tokyo, Japan, May 20, 2016 – With Kazakhstan and the Dominican Republic the only teams already out of contention, at least one team will secure its ticket to Rio on the penultimate competition day at FIVB Volleyball Women’s World Olympic Qualification Tournament in Japan. On the other hand, it is possiible that all four Tokyo qualifiers become known on Saturday.
Korea could become the first team to secure a ticket to Rio from the FIVB Volleyball Women’s World Olympic Qualification Tournament in Japan as soon as they win two sets against Thailand, which desperately needs to win their two remaining games to save some chances. …
