Fowler building rapport with ‘Howlers’

MILWAUKEE — Babies and dogs are wearing Dexter Fowler’s No. 24 Cubs jerseys. What’s up?
Fowler is building a strong rapport with the bleacher fans at Wrigley Field, and has encouraged “Fowlers Howlers.”
“My wife and I came up with it,” Fowler said. “It’s cool that it’s taken off a little bit.”
