Ifo Ekpre-Olomu Injury: Updates on Dolphins CB’s Knee and Return

Miami Dolphins cornerback Ifo Ekpre-Olomu suffered a dislocated knee and a torn ACL while at the University of Oregon in December 2014, which he said prompted his fall to the seventh round of the 2015 NFL draft, where he was taken by the Cleveland Browns, per Cleveland.com’s Mary Kay Cabot.

Dolphins, Ekpre-Olomu Receive Some Good News Wednesday, May 18
Ekpre-Olomu reportedly “received full medical clearance” on Wednesday, sources told NFL Network’s Rand Getlin—about six weeks after the Dolphins claimed him off of waivers.
The Browns waived him in April, and Tom Reed of Cleveland.com reported at the time his knee had “not shown enough progress to the Browns’ liking.”
