Mark Munro appointed as interim Scottish Athletics chief executive

Scottish Athletics has announced that Mark Munro has been appointed as the governing body’s chief executive officer on an interim basis.
It was announced last week that Nigel Holl is to leave his post at Scottish Athletics following a six-year spell to join UK Athletics as Director of Strategy and Partnerships.
That will now happen on June 1 and Munro, who has been Head of Development for the past five years with the sport’s governing body in Scotland, will move over to take on the position for the time being.
