Honda against proposed engine regulations

While the FIA decide whether or not to enforce a regulation that will make F1 manufactures obliged to offer deals to teams without an engine, McLaren-Honda have voiced the concern about the proposition.
At the moment, Renault, Ferrari and Mercedes are the only teams that have supplied engines to other teams this season.
