Nate McMillan Compares Myles Turner to LaMarcus Aldridge

Indiana Pacers forward Myles Turner’s first NBA season is in the books, but new Pacers head coach Nate McMillan had high praise for last year’s No. 11 overall pick.
McMillan thinks Turner is a near-replica of San Antonio Spurs All-Star forward (and fellow Texas Longhorn) LaMarcus Aldridge.
“Very similar,” McMillan told SiriusXM NBA Radio on Tuesday. “Almost like they were cloned.”
That’s a bold claim to make about someone who’s played 60 NBA regular-season games, but Turner has shown he possesses some of the same skills that make Aldridge one of the best bigs in the NBA.
