De La Rosa to miss next start for D-backs

PHOENIX — D-backs right-hander Rubby De La Rosa will miss his next start, manager Chip Hale said on Tuesday night prior to his club’s game against the Yankees at Chase Field.
Hale said De La Rosa is having nagging issues with blisters and a sore groin.
The D-backs have two off-days on the next road trip after finishing their current three-game series against the Yanks Wednesday night — Thursday before opening a three-game set in St. Louis and Monday before starting another three-game series against the Pirates — giving Hale the flexibility to make the move.
