Ex-NC State teammate rips Russell Wilson for commencement speech

Russell Wilson continues to face backlash over some of the NC State anecdotes he told during his commencement address at Wisconsin. One of his former teammates at NC State, Kalani Heppe, ripped Wilson on Facebook, calling him a “me” player. The post has since been taken down, but Tom Fornelli of CBSSports.com has a screen grab of Heppe’s comments.
Meanwhile, Wilson’s former football coach sent a three-word text with comment to Joe Giglio of The Charlotte Observer:
