The Astros have added another young speedster to their roster.
Houston called up second baseman/outfielder Tony Kemp on Monday to replace outfielder Preston Tucker, who was optioned to Triple-A Fresno on Sunday. Astros general manager Jeff Luhnow made the announcement.
