Mets can’t hold off Rox rally, lose 4th straight

DENVER — Ryan Raburn continued his assault on the Mets’ pitching staff with a pinch-hit, two-run homer in the bottom of the seventh as the Rockies secured a three-game sweep Sunday at Coors Field with a 4-3 win.
It was Raburn’s ninth hit in 16 at-bats against the Mets for a .563 average, and it was his second pinch-hit homer of the season. Raburn’s go-ahead drive came off reliever Jim Henderson in the first at-bat after Mets starter Jacob deGrom left the game with a 3-2 lead after 6 1/3 effective and efficient innings.
The Mets jumped out to an early lead when Yoenis Cespedes opened the second inning with a towering 433-foot homer into the Rockies bullpen. They added a pair in the third thanks to deGrom’s first hit of the year, a single …
