Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton was more gutted for his team than he was at himself for not picking up his first race victory of the season at the Spanish Grand Prix.
Starting on pole, the World Champion collided with teammate Nico Rosberg on Turn 3 in Lap 1 which resulted in both of them retiring early.
Rosberg claimed Hamilton’s position on the first corner and when the Brit tried to take it back, his front right tyre clipped the German as both of them spun out the track and ended up the gravel …
