Lightning’s Bishop day-to-day after exiting Game 1

PITTSBURGH — The Tampa Bay Lightning received a bit of good news on Saturday in regard to goaltender Ben Bishop, who exited Game 1 of the Eastern Conference finals on a stretcher with a lower-body injury Friday night at Consol Energy Center.
