Barcelona took care of business on the final matchday of the 2015-16 La Liga season, beating Granada 3-0 to win their second straight Spanish title.
The Catalans entered the match knowing they couldn’t afford to drop points, with Real Madrid right on their tails, but two goals from Luis Suarez in the first half all but wrapped up the title race. He would add a third in the second half.
Elsewhere, Real Madrid beat Deportivo La Coruna 2-0 thanks to a Cristiano Ronaldo brace.

As expected, Granada dug in defensively and invited pressure from the Catalans from the opening kick-off, leading to a handful of chances but few real openings in the first 15 minutes.
There was a controversial moment involving Gerard Pique, who thought he had opened the score only to see the ball turned away on the line. The official decided it never crossed the line, and per Ed Malyon of the Daily Mirror, it was a decision that could have invited scrutiny depending on the result of the match:
