Montero activated from DL, in starting lineup

CHICAGO — Catcher Miguel Montero was activated from the disabled list Saturday, and he was in the Cubs’ starting lineup against the Pirates at Wrigley Field.
Chicago designated outfielder Ryan Kalish for assignment to make room for Montero.
