Justin Gardenhire Shines On Day 1a of RunGood Council Bluffs Main Event

Action closed with a bang in the 2016 RunGood Horseshoe Council Bluffs Main Event on Day 1a, as RunGood pro Justin Gardenhire busted Chunlei Yuan on the final hand of the night to close out the night with the chip lead. Gardenhire bagged 215,000 at the conclusion of the first of three Day 1 flights, and he’s looking for another big score on the tour after chopping RunGood Hard Rock Tulsa last weekend for $40,000, officially earning second-place honors.
